What you will do

  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and product strategy.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a product manager in the B2B tech space.
  • Proven experience managing B2B SaaS products through the $25-$100M ARR phase.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and help desk processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive customers.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on problem-solving and strategic planning.
