What you will do

• Create and supervise performant, high-quality in-engine VFX for various game engines and proprietary tools.
• Develop real-time effects including explosions, fire, smoke, magic, weather, and destruction sequences.
• Collaborate with artists, technical teams, and clients across projects.
• Mentor junior VFX artists to improve team quality.
• Ensure compliance with client briefs and internal best practices.
• Work with project managers and leads to define asset lists, schedules, and budgets.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Gurugram, Haryana, India
• 3+ years of experience creating real-time VFX for video games, including at least one shipped AAA title.
• Strong knowledge of real-time physics, fluid, and particle systems and industry-standard VFX tools.
• Experience with shader creation and optimization (HLSL, Shader Graph, Unreal Material Editor).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Results-oriented and self-driven with ability to prioritize client needs.

• Experience in outsourcing/services workflows and managing overseas artists.
