What you will do

• Design, implement, and iterate on combat systems, features, and content.
• Write and maintain documentation for combat systems and features.
• Collaborate with engineering, art, and other disciplines to produce implementation plans.
• Break down broad specifications into actionable tasks for cross-disciplinary teams.
• Drive feature production and ensure communication to meet deadlines.
• Playtest designs to gather feedback and refine gameplay experience.

Requirements

• Experience with Unreal, Unity, or proprietary engines.
• At least 1 published AAA title in combat, systems, or core features design.
• Proficiency in gameplay and mission scripting tools/languages (C#, Lua, visual scripting).
• Basic programming principles knowledge; C# is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal English.
• Must be based in Singapore; no sponsorship or relocation provided.
• Ability to work collaboratively and receive feedback effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in 3rd person action-adventure games.
