What you will do

• Drive Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban), optimize workflows and track metrics using Jira and Confluence
• Lead and mentor development teams, manage backlog, sprint planning, and releases
• Define technical requirements and collaborate on system architecture for payment systems
• Deliver secure, resilient payment gateways and wallet platforms integrated with banks and partners
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, AML/KYC, and implement security best practices
• Support merchants and partners during integrations and incident management

Requirements

• Experience as System Analyst, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager in fintech
• Technical background to define requirements and understand system architecture
• Strong knowledge of payments: gateways, flows, settlements
• 5+ years with Go, 2+ years as Team Lead
• Proficiency with gRPC/Protobuf, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Fluency in both English and Russian is essential

Nice to have

• ISO 8583, 3DS, SEPA/SWIFT/ISO 20022 knowledge
• Double-entry ledger, anti-fraud rules/signals
• Blockchain/custody experience (wallets, fee policies)
• Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), GitOps (ArgoCD)
• Observability stack: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
