What you will do

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, quality, and budget using Agile or waterfall methodologies.
• Manage business analysts, developers, and testers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and monitor project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Provide governance including status reporting and risk management.
• Manage customer expectations, issues, and escalations.
• Support sales functions to expand customer relationships.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Minimum 12 years managing large complex projects/programs in Life & Annuities (L&A) domain.
• Experience with policy administration, underwriting, application, and illustration system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Ability to work in a global delivery model with onshore/offshore teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% based on project needs.

• Consultative and facilitation skills.
• Experience with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, and Excel.
