What you will do

  • Develop and expand partner network among institutional clients including hedge funds, family offices, and crypto banks.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers such as C-level executives and portfolio managers.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations showcasing economic benefits.
  • Manage full deal cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing funds and develop tailored investment strategies.
  • Participate in industry events and communities to attract new partners.

Requirements

  • English: C1 level or higher required for professional correspondence and negotiations
  • Minimum 3 years experience in institutional sales or business development in finance, investment, crypto, or venture capital.
  • Strong understanding of crypto market structure, fund operations, and investment products.
  • Proven track record of acquiring institutional clients and closing large contracts ($100K+).
  • Established network of institutional contacts and ability to negotiate at partner level.
