What you will do

• Lead and coordinate compensation review, bonus, and incentive cycles.
• Build and maintain job architecture and grading structures.
• Develop and deliver compensation analytics for leadership and HR teams.
• Oversee benefits strategy and manage employee queries.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and legal requirements.
• Drive automation and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Proven experience in structuring salary frameworks and benefits policies.
• Advanced analytical skills and experience with data modeling.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
