What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated and manual test scenarios within an agile team.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and recommend enhancements.
• Investigate user issues, test bugs, and manage bug reports.
• Perform hands-on testing with strong product and domain understanding.
• Support engineering colleagues to promote team-wide testing responsibility.
• Manage risks and escalate issues timely to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid with 2 days onsite in Porto, Portugal
• Experience in software quality assurance for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in manual, automated, performance, and ad-hoc testing.
• Experience with C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Selenium, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
• Understanding of CI/CD and continuous testing practices.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• ISTQB certification.
• Experience in fintech companies.
• Usability best practices knowledge.
