TL;DR
Sr Principal Coach (Program Management): Lead the design and implementation of analytics frameworks to measure productivity, efficiency, and secure development practices across agile teams with an accent on data-driven strategy, agile transformation, and security. Focus on building scalable data pipelines, collaborating cross-functionally, and influencing senior leadership through actionable insights.
Location: Houston, Texas or Atlanta, Georgia, USA with a hybrid work schedule requiring at least four days per week onsite.

What you will do
- Design and lead development of analytics frameworks measuring team productivity, velocity, quality, and security posture.
- Drive requirements for transformation dashboards and reporting tools for engineering leadership and teams.
- Partner with Agile Coaches, DevSecOps, and Software & Quality Engineering leaders to define secure software development best practices.
- Collaborate with engineers and analysts to build scalable data pipelines and ensure data governance.
- Advise senior leadership with insights influencing investment decisions and transformation roadmaps.
- Align metrics with business outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Houston, Texas or Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
- 8+ years in analytics, engineering, or agile transformation roles.
- Deep familiarity with agile metrics and secure SDLC practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical expertise in data engineering, analytics platforms, and cloud-native environments.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments with regulatory requirements.
