What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their success with our products and services.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, leading contract renewals and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer challenges.
- Drive adoption of AI and automation tools to improve client experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Proven experience in account management or customer success within Payments or FinTech.
- Deep understanding of crypto, blockchain, stablecoins, or digital assets.
- Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
