What you will do

  • Design and manage scalable processes to improve planning, delivery, and impact measurement for ProServ and SE teams.
  • Build data-driven dashboards and frameworks to monitor performance, forecasting, and business outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure efficient launches and achievement of customer outcomes.
  • Analyze trends and provide insights to influence strategic and operational priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Analytics, Finance, and RevOps teams.
  • Continuously improve operational systems and tools like RocketLane and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • 5+ years experience in Solutions Operations supporting ProServ & SE teams in SaaS or AI companies.
  • Proficient in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and user administration.
  • Experience with PSA platforms such as RocketLane.
  • Advanced data modeling and analytics skills with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Tableau, Gong, and SQL.
