What you will do

• Drive local technology architecture and implement IT and data strategy.
• Shape customer migrations and oversee IT governance including board presentations.
• Coordinate transformation programmes, migrations, and operational model setup.
• Build a global, reliable, scalable, and resilient technology ecosystem.
• Represent IT function in key group committees.

Requirements

• Familiarity with regulatory and security requirements in Peru, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, and data risk
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as engineering.
• 7+ years experience in IT architecture roles within finance.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and people-management skills.
• Fluency in English.
