Location: Must be located in Mexico

What you will do

Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.

Requirements

2+ years of experience sourcing for a technology company.
Spanish and English proficiency preferred.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job boards.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
