Looking for Senior CRM Manager
📍 Remote
💼 Full-Time
Key requirements:
- 3+ years of CRM experience within the casino and/or sports betting industry
- Strong command of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle communication strategies
- Hands-on experience working with CRM channels such as email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging
- Deep understanding of player journeys, bonus mechanics, and gamification strategies
- Languages proficiency: Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken), Fluent/Native level of Ukrainian/Russian
🚀 This is a great opportunity to lead localized CRM strategy for the Latin American market (experience with LATAM will be a plus)
