What you will do

• Lead engineering project sub-teams and act as single point of contact for project timing and execution.
• Manage technical risk, design reviews, and change requests ensuring compliance with PDP process.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables and ensure on-time, on-cost, and quality execution.
• Collaborate with customer engineers and program leaders to manage project scope and troubleshooting.
• Provide engineering budget input and monitor spend against approved budgets.
• Participate in program planning, demos, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bangalore, India
• English: B2 level or higher
• 15+ years experience in automotive domain, specifically EV.
• Expertise in EV charging, V2G communication stack, and AutoSAR architecture.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering with relevant experience.
• Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of OCPP, OCPI, Modbus CAN for charger communication.
• Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
