What you will do

• Oversee daily LMS operations, configuration, and integrations.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions including onboarding and offboarding.
• Upload, publish, and manage learning content and courses.
• Generate and analyze reports on learning activities and user engagement.
• Provide first-line technical support and escalate complex issues.
• Enhance learning experience through gamification, social learning, and skill management features.

Requirements

• Must have experience administering LMS platforms, preferably Docebo.
• Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of APIs, SCORM, and xAPI.
• Excellent attention to detail and data management skills.
• Good communication skills with a customer service approach.
• Ability to work independently and proactively maintain system health.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
