What you will do

• Evolve the strategy for hirify.global Sites, driving adoption and impact as we scale from beta to general availability.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and research to deliver seamless publishing, responsive design, and creative tooling experiences.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across multiple teams to enable a flawless “design to production” workflow.
• Gather user insights and translate them into clear priorities and product decisions.
• Shape how AI enhances creativity, customization, and accessibility in Sites.
• Represent hirify.global Sites across the company, driving vision, prioritization, and execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex, user-facing products.
• Deep understanding of web creation and experience with tools that help design, build, or publish to the web.
• Strong product sense and technical fluency.
• Proven ability to set ambitious strategies and influence other teams.
• A builder’s mindset and empathy for creators of all levels.
