What you will do

  • Build and maintain a high-value pipeline of potential VAR partners aligned with hirify.global’s ideal partner profile.
  • Design and refine partner profiles and maintain tiered prospect dashboards to track recruitment and market coverage.
  • Manage partner prospect database and leverage tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead sourcing and verification.
  • Engage ecosystem influencers and represent hirify.global at industry events to cultivate leads.
  • Support partnership agreement negotiations and collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs, present insights to leadership, and link prospect engagement to productivity and ROI.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in strategic partnerships, channel, or business development roles, preferably in ERP or enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage executive-level relationships with measurable revenue impact.
  • Experience with VAR partner ecosystems, data mining, KPI management, and sales pipeline development.
  • Strong communication, executive presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
