What you will do

• Revising existing offerings and defining new offerings, including target, value proposition, specs, and requirements.
• Defining the product roadmap, managing development partners, and driving the product development process.
• Leading business case definition, product specifications, prioritization, and release criteria.
• Assessing risks and opportunities and adapting current products or developing new products.
• Providing guidance on all key elements of the product marketing mix.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-6 years of experience in product-centric environments with digital or digitalized products and assets, preferably in B2B contexts.
• Italian Native, English Fluent
• Understanding of products and ability to articulate the value derived.
• Ability to translate business into technical requirements and analyze consumer/client insights.
• Proficiency in research and analysis, project management, and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Certification in Business Analysis or equivalent.
• Google Analytics or other web tracking tools skills.
