What you will do
- Provide Level 3 operational support for Single Sign-On (SSO) and IAM platforms.
- Manage application onboarding/offboarding and account provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Monitor IAM systems for unusual activities and ensure compliance through audit log analysis.
- Troubleshoot user access and authentication issues.
- Perform system maintenance including updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Optimize automation workflows to reduce manual efforts.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Chennai or Pune, India.
- English: Strong oral and written business communication skills required.
- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SSO, Authentication, Authorization, and IAM tools.
- Proficiency with Unix/Linux systems, especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Bachelor's degree required; ITIL and CISSP certifications desired or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work shifts and weekends as required.
