What you will do

• Program manage and lead execution of regulatory and strategic data initiatives.
• Respond to regulatory data extraction requests ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support Markets business in sourcing strategic data and building automated reporting solutions.
• Identify and address data quality issues and partner with Technology and Risk teams to improve data quality.
• Identify opportunities for automation and new technology adoption to improve efficiency.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, contributing to team development.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Pune, Maharashtra, India
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in Capital Markets or related projects with understanding of products and regulations.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
