What you will do

• Support production runs ensuring timely delivery as per SLA.
• Identify and report control gaps, policy breaches, and AML incidents.
• Analyze data to generate actionable business insights and automate false positive removal.
• Collaborate across multiple functional areas and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives including competency development and training.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based onsite in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
• Proficiency in Python, Pyspark, SAS, SQL, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA.
• 5 years of experience delivering data quality solutions.
• MBA or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Economics, Statistics, IT, or Engineering.
• Good understanding of banking domain and audit processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
