What you will do

• Lead and deliver advanced technology projects across the full software development lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to architectural and design standards.
• Collaborate with global teams including software engineers, analysts, and dev-ops.
• Advance derivatives exposure processing software infrastructure using new technologies.
• Coach and mentor mid-level and junior developers to build team capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies in all development activities.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Chennai, India
• English: B2 level or higher
• 8+ years of Core Java experience with strong object-oriented design skills.
• 5+ years in Capital Markets domain with knowledge of derivatives and risk management preferred.
• Experience with Agile and test-driven development methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Java internals, concurrent programming, and cloud technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience migrating monolithic applications to microservices.
• Experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools.
