What you will do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies covering UI, backend, database, and reporting layers.
  • Perform manual testing of Angular UI, Springboot backend, and Tableau dashboards.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts and frameworks for UI, API, and backend components.
  • Lead API endpoint testing and validate backend and database functionality.
  • Test automated platform provisioning orchestration framework and reporting system for stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders; mentor junior QA engineers.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Chennai or Pune, India
  • 7+ years of QA experience with manual and automation testing focus.
  • Experience in financial services or large complex/global environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Proficiency with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) and API testing (Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured).
  • Familiarity with Angular, Springboot, MongoDB, Tableau, and SDLC/QA methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OpenAI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
