Qa Engineer (Trading Backend): Lead automated testing for trading backend services and internal tools with an accent on designing automation frameworks and ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Location: Onsite in Limassol, Cyprus with full relocation support

What you will do
- Architect and implement test strategies in collaboration with QA leads and stakeholders.
- Design, maintain, and execute QA automation for trading services across platforms.
- Develop automated regression tests and comprehensive test plans.
- Collaborate with QA, BSA, and development teams to refine automated test plans and acceptance criteria.
- Convert bug reports into automated test scripts to support continuous testing cycles.
- Promote best practices in automated testing and quality communication.
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in Limassol, Cyprus or willing to relocate with full support
- 3+ years of automation development experience in C# or Java.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, risk identification, and resolution.
- Experience with CI systems (preferably GitLab) and SQL.
- Experience with API testing (REST, gRPC) and web services technologies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Fintech industry experience.
- Experience with HashiCorp tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Nomad), and orchestration.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, Kafka, Python, PowerShell, Grafana, GrayLog.
- Load testing framework implementation experience.
