TL;DR

Delivery Manager (Fintech): Managing end-to-end client implementation projects for a fintech product focused on financial wellbeing for frontline workers with an accent on client relationship management, technical integration, and project delivery. Location: Hybrid with 3 days per week in London office, United Kingdom

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + bonus/stocks & benefits

hirify.global is a VC-backed fintech startup dedicated to improving the financial wellbeing of frontline workers through a financial wellbeing super-app used by over 3 million people.

What you will do

  • Manage client implementation journeys and build strong relationships with major clients such as NHS, Asda, and Burger King.
  • Drive internal communication and collaboration to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Explain technical integration concepts like APIs and SFTP to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Own client relationships from contract signature to 45 days post-launch.
  • Contribute to improving team best practices and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in London office 3 days a week
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end implementation projects, preferably in fintech or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal collaboration.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, SFTP, and Single Sign-On.
  • Ability to drive projects to completion within defined timelines.
