What you will do

• Lead design and execution of test strategies across manual, automated, and regression testing
• Ensure software changes are verified against requirements with audit-ready traceability
• Drive improvements in test automation, CI/CD quality gates, and release validation workflows
• Mentor engineers on QA practices and foster a culture of quality ownership

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in The Netherlands or Switzerland with hybrid work (50% onsite)
• 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in software development environments
• Proven track record improving QA processes including test coverage and automation
• Strong technical skills with test frameworks, APIs, CI/CD, Jira, Git, and Confluence
• Proactive and analytical mindset to identify and fix quality gaps
• English: B2 level or higher required

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments (medical devices, IEC 62304, ISO 13485)
• Hands-on scripting or automation experience (Python, Cypress, Playwright)
• Familiarity with testing AI/ML-driven or clinical software
