What you will do

• Manage and optimize Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok) aligned with key business KPIs.
• Build and maintain structured testing frameworks for creatives and audiences.
• Analyze campaign data to identify growth levers and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Creative Hub, Analytics, and Growth teams to improve performance.
• Develop automation and tracking systems to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Explore new formats, geos, and tools to push channel performance and innovation.

Requirements

• Fully remote work format.
• English: B2 level or higher.
• 3+ years of experience managing large Paid Social budgets ($200K+/month).
• Strong knowledge of auction mechanics, bid strategies, and performance metrics.
• Experience with automation, tracking systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Cross-channel knowledge including Google Ads, YouTube, Telegram, Snap, Reddit.
• Experience with AI-based creative tools and predictive scoring systems.
• Background in subscription or mobile-app products and CRO.
• Skills in SQL, Looker, or Python for advanced analytics and automation.
