What you will do

• Partner with Technical Services leaders to design and execute employee strategies aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to workforce design, succession planning, and leadership development across EMEA.
• Conduct talent reviews, assess skill gaps, and propose retention actions with line managers.
• Support employee relations, legal compliance, and performance management processes.
• Analyze engagement surveys and collaborate to strengthen team culture and spirit.
• Provide coaching to managers and improve HR operations and employee experience.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to work in Madrid, Spain
• 7+ years experience as HR Business Partner or HR Leader in multinational or tech-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and experience supporting technical and customer-facing teams.
• Business-level fluency in Spanish and English.
• Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for decision-making.
