What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities to contribute to revenue targets.
  • Serve as primary client contact, managing inquiries and account performance discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal global stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage technical setup and wind-down processes for clients, aligning with revenue goals.
  • Stay informed on cryptocurrency industry developments and regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience in finance or trading firms with knowledge of financial systems and fund structures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with decision-makers.
  • Autonomous with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of crypto, custody, and trading platforms is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
