What you will do

• Define high-level system architecture and deliver best-in-class applications.
• Map business processes, identify gaps, and drive automation and digitalization.
• Lead workshops and collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to plan new requirements.
• Evaluate vendor solutions and support RFP and technology selection processes.
• Produce architecture documentation, data models, and system interface designs.
• Guide development and integration teams ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience as Software Engineer in large-scale enterprise or aviation projects.
• Experience as software architect or principal engineer with expert knowledge in .NET or Java and AWS.
• Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with system integration, APIs, middleware, and large application databases.
• Background in aviation, aerospace, or heavy engineering environments preferred.
