CRM Specialist (Remote): Designing, implementing, and optimizing email campaigns to enhance candidate engagement and conversion in the recruitment process with an accent on data-driven insights and automation. Focus on creating personalized candidate experiences and improving recruitment efficiency through advanced analytics.

Location: 100% remote work (from anywhere)

What you will do

Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries for candidate data analysis.
Create compelling email marketing content and engaging copy for talent acquisition campaigns.
Build automation workflows using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Configure and optimize automated message templates across various platforms.
Analyze candidate journey touchpoints and implement data-driven improvements.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in CRM management.
2+ years of experience building content in English.
Experience with SQL and email marketing.
Advanced level of English.
