What you will do

• Design and deliver AI-powered full-stack features combining Angular frontend and Java/Spring Boot backend microservices
• Integrate Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini) into production applications
• Build and optimize AI pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and prompt engineering
• Collaborate in cross-functional AI-First squads focusing on business outcomes
• Maintain and modernize legacy systems while ensuring performance and stability
• Participate in agile ceremonies and uphold high engineering standards through testing and code reviews

Requirements

• Must be located in Europe (excluding Russia, Ukraine, Belarus)
• 4-6 years of software engineering experience with full-stack expertise
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration in production (minimum 6 months)
• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot backend and Angular frontend development
• Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and modern development practices (CI/CD, testing, agile)
• Strong English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in InsurTech, construction, or restoration industries
• Knowledge of insurance workflows and regulated industries
• Contributions to AI/ML open source projects or AI communities
• Familiarity with vector databases, computer vision, NLP, Kotlin, or mobile development
