What you will do
- Act as a point of contact for users, addressing their issues via text communication.
- Resolve user-reported issues promptly, maintaining a high response rate.
- Document user issues in a task tracking tool.
- Gather user feedback to propose improvements.
- Meet personal KPIs and assist teammates in achieving theirs.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service.
- Exceptional English proficiency (B2+) in written communication.
- Strong desire to help and empathize with customers.
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
