Salary: €3,558–€6,725 gross per month.

What you will do

• Develop new features and automation tools to improve platform stability and engineering velocity.
• Maintain, improve, and scale foundational internal security and access management services.
• Provide technical support for integrating internal apps with core security solutions.
• Ensure high reliability and performance through continuous monitoring and observability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define optimal technical approaches.

Requirements

• Experience with at least one backend programming language: Python, Go, Ruby, or Scala.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with streaming or data processing tools like Kafka or Flink.
• Ability to take the lead in addressing issues and driving system improvements.
• Must be able to work from Lithuania (Kaunas or Vilnius).

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management and device management.
• Exposure to observability tools and database management.
• Interest in secrets management and automation.
