What you will do

• Implement management features integrating hirify.global with Cloud Native technologies such as Prometheus, Fluentd, and Kubernetes Pod Autoscaler.
• Collaborate across engineering teams and product managers to define and develop new features and ensure delivery coordination.
• Support Sales Engineers and Professional Services in understanding and deploying Cloud Native integrations.
• Write tutorials and documentation for Cloud Native ecosystem components integration.
• Advocate Cloud Native technologies within the engineering organization and external open source communities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Bangalore, India
• 4+ years of software development experience with build automation tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Expertise in Golang, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
• Strong Unix/Linux administration skills and experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
• Demonstrable experience with Kubernetes and presence on GitHub or similar platforms.
