Cybersecurity Officer (Europe)

TL;DR

Europe Cybersecurity Officer: Lead and implement the cybersecurity strategy within the European region, steering cybersecurity initiatives and ensuring effective incident response. Focus on fostering methodologies, driving change management, and evangelizing cybersecurity at the executive level.

Location: Hybrid in Vienna, Milano, Paris, Frankfurt am Main, or Sofia. Able to work in hybrid model according to country´s policy

What you will do

• Lead and implement the cybersecurity strategy within the European region, overseeing 12 countries and their cybersecurity officers.
• Steer cybersecurity initiatives, track progress, and manage KPIs for each entity in the region.
• Communicate cyber operational and strategic messages to regional management.
• Facilitate top-down and bottom-up communication between group teams and entities.
• Drive change management by fostering new methodologies, processes, and tools throughout the region.
• Own incident response in entities and escalate appropriately, aligning with the Group Crisis methodology.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• 3+ years in a cybersecurity management role.
• Good general knowledge of IT and IT management.
• Proficient in English.
