TL;DR

Customer Success (HRTech): Delivering a high-quality post-sales experience for SME customers, building long-term relationships and maximizing satisfaction with hirify.global and Cobee by hirify.global. Focus on enhancing customer health score, providing feedback to Product on client's needs, and improving processes across Customer Success and other areas.

Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain.

What you will do

  • Lead the relationship with SME customers, becoming their go-to person.
  • Bring the HR partner's experience to the next level by delivering consistent value and building long-term relationships.
  • Proactively seek ways to enhance customer health score and identify opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to Product on client's needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide account-specific operational and technical support via email and phone.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of Customer Success or Key Account Management experience with a strong focus on cross selling.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with a large amount of accounts.
  • Proven experience working for a successful startup or scale-up SaaS in Fintech or HRTech.
  • Facility with numbers and data analysis.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
