Focus on enhancing customer health score, providing feedback to Product on client's needs, and improving processes across Customer Success and other areas.
Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain.

What you will do
- Lead the relationship with SME customers, becoming their go-to person.
- Bring the HR partner's experience to the next level by delivering consistent value and building long-term relationships.
- Proactively seek ways to enhance customer health score and identify opportunities.
- Provide feedback to Product on client's needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide account-specific operational and technical support via email and phone.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of Customer Success or Key Account Management experience with a strong focus on cross selling.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with a large amount of accounts.
- Proven experience working for a successful startup or scale-up SaaS in Fintech or HRTech.
- Facility with numbers and data analysis.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
