What you will do

• Provide technical support for diagnosing and resolving Linux hardware and OS issues.
• Manage server-related incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLA timelines.
• Perform Linux infrastructure maintenance and migration activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements for critical issues.
• Collaborate across teams, vendors, and geographies to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in on-call support rotations to ensure 24x7 operational coverage.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Pune, Maharashtra, India
• Proficiency in RHEL Linux, Oracle Linux, and Veritas Cluster Server (VCS).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Linux environments.
• Experience managing operational tasks and service delivery in data centre environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across diverse teams.
