What you will do
- Provide technical support for diagnosing and resolving Linux hardware and OS issues.
- Manage server-related incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLA timelines.
- Perform Linux infrastructure maintenance and migration activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements for critical issues.
- Collaborate across teams, vendors, and geographies to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in on-call support rotations to ensure 24x7 operational coverage.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Proficiency in RHEL Linux, Oracle Linux, and Veritas Cluster Server (VCS).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Linux environments.
- Experience managing operational tasks and service delivery in data centre environments.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across diverse teams.
