TL;DR

Solution Architect (Project Management): Plan, coordinate, and drive implementation of global project management initiatives with an accent on integrating Core PM KPIs, constraint-based planning, and digital workflow orchestration. Focus on designing risk mitigation protocols, real-time performance monitoring via IoT, and embedding AI-enabled tools into project management processes.

What you will do

• Plan and drive implementation of global project management excellence initiatives.
• Implement standard project management tools for planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Create unified methodology documentation combining TOC/CCPM and Agile practices.
• Develop digital workflow orchestration and real-time performance monitoring through IoT integration.
• Design risk identification and mitigation protocols addressing project constraints.
• Support integration of modern technologies including AI-enabled tools and Power Platform.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent certification.
• 8–10 years of project management experience in complex environments.
• Proven expertise in CPM, CCPM, TOC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing global or multi-site projects and familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma.

Nice to have

• Exposure to digital transformation or technology-driven projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar workflow tools.
• Knowledge of PMO domains including document control, supply chain, and quality systems.
