What you will do

• Lead and manage a team focused on hirify.global database development.
• Define technical roadmaps and make key architectural decisions.
• Mentor and support team members to foster technical excellence.
• Own critical hirify.global Server projects from concept to production.
• Write high-quality, efficient C code alongside the team.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Support, Customer Success, and R&D teams as well as the open-source community.

Requirements

• Location: Israel
• 4+ years development experience on production-grade or high-performance systems.
• 3+ years hands-on C development experience, preferably on Linux.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams with mentoring and project delivery.
• Strong expertise in low-level programming, memory safety, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile environments and excellent communication skills.

• Experience with NoSQL databases, especially hirify.global.
• Experience with popular open-source projects.
• Experience developing async IO networking applications.
• Experience with distributed applications.
