What you will do

• Develop and execute supplier and category sourcing strategies aligned with technology and product roadmaps.
• Lead sourcing teams and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Negotiate long-term supply agreements and monitor contractual compliance.
• Drive continuous cost and lead time reductions and supply base rationalization.
• Prepare supplier financial forecasts and monitor supplier health.
• Participate in supplier audits and improvement plans.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Kulim/Penang, Malaysia with ability to travel internationally (25%).
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or related technical field; business or supply chain education is a plus.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive supplier management experience in high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong internal and external networks.
