What you will do

• Support ERP transformation and adoption initiatives within Global Business Services (GBS) frameworks.
• Drive business readiness and adoption activities for large-scale ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Leverage digital adoption platforms and AI tools to optimize user experience and engagement.
• Design and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and learning strategies for successful adoption.
• Manage iterative rollouts, pilot programs, and phased adoption plans for sustained behavioral change.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure strong program governance and risk management.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and GBS frameworks.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms and enablement tools.
• Skilled in designing user-focused training and support models.
• Proven ability to drive sustained behavioral change and system utilization.
• Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models for large-scale implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Currently working in consulting, and/or industry with a consulting background.
• Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization.
• Experience of proposition building and delivery.
