• Understand and communicate the overall vision and key requirements of the game.
• Define project scope and deliverables, creating production schedules and estimating workloads.
• Foster team cohesion and maintain a healthy work environment.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust project strategies as needed.
• Provide tools and documentation for efficient team collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the video game industry.
• Experience launching at least two games in a similar role.
• Proven experience producing online and multiplayer action games.
• Functional level of English required.
• Based in Montreal and legally authorized to work in Canada.
