What you will do
- Design, build, and optimize AI-first systems and solutions that create real client value.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary AI team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and AI use cases.
- Translate business problems into innovative AI solutions.
- Drive code quality, architecture robustness, and documentation.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and upskilling within the AI team.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years overall experience and 3+ years hands-on AI engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google AI Platform.
- Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI development.
- Experience with AI concepts like LLMs, RAG, AgenticAI, and MLOps including model deployment and monitoring.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and a growth mindset.
