What you will do

• Lead technical delivery and team management for risk and analytics solutions.
• Design, develop, and test client solutions built on Moody’s risk and analytics platforms.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce architectural standards.
• Act as technical authority, resolving complex engineering challenges.
• Mentor and coach a small team of developers in modern engineering practices.
• Drive technical problem-solving during implementation and integration.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in software engineering or technical consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native engineering and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of insurance analytics and risk workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
