What you will do

• Lead a team of GRC Engineers to develop and integrate automated security control tools.
• Implement and configure toolsets with internal systems and applications.
• Drive automation for security control assessment, evidence collection, and reporting.
• Integrate assurance platforms with workflow tools like Jira and Slack.
• Maintain and optimize automated assurance tools and implement new features.
• Collaborate with IT, security, risk, compliance, and audit teams to meet organizational needs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Porto, Portugal
• Experience leading teams of GRC engineers or developers.
• Knowledge of cyber risk management standards such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with AWS, ServiceNow, Jira, Okta, Crowdstrike is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing automated assurance tools.
• Familiarity with GRC tools and performing proof of value exercises for cybersecurity tooling.
• Technical knowledge of AWS Lambda, SCPs, CloudFormation, Config, and SecurityHub.
