What you will do

• Define and execute analytics, insights, and pricing strategy aligned with financial goals and AI roadmap.
• Lead central analytics organization delivering insights across Product, Marketing, and AI teams.
• Elevate modeling and quantitative capabilities for predictive, causal, and economic insights.
• Scale pricing function through optimization, automation, and experimentation.
• Partner with Data Engineering and AI teams to modernize infrastructure and democratize analytics.
• Translate complex analytics into clear narratives for executives and external audiences.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven leadership in large-scale analytics, data science, or pricing functions in technology or marketplace organizations.
• Deep expertise in applied economics, pricing, marketplace dynamics, and experimental design.
• Experience building and leading diverse, high-performing analytics and research teams.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for senior leadership.
