Location: Remote across 34 U.S. states with a physical office in Palo Alto, California, United States
Salary: $240,750 - $447,500 USD annually

What you will do
- Define and execute analytics, insights, and pricing strategy aligned with financial goals and AI roadmap.
- Lead central analytics organization delivering insights across Product, Marketing, and AI teams.
- Elevate modeling and quantitative capabilities for predictive, causal, and economic insights.
- Scale pricing function through optimization, automation, and experimentation.
- Partner with Data Engineering and AI teams to modernize infrastructure and democratize analytics.
- Translate complex analytics into clear narratives for executives and external audiences.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proven leadership in large-scale analytics, data science, or pricing functions in technology or marketplace organizations.
- Deep expertise in applied economics, pricing, marketplace dynamics, and experimental design.
- Experience building and leading diverse, high-performing analytics and research teams.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for senior leadership.
