What you will do

  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects supporting new application and system implementations aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive service delivery and manage customer inquiries and requests.
  • Organize and lead weekly project meetings and monthly status reporting.
  • Negotiate project resources and communicate with Product Engineering and Sales teams.
  • Develop strong cross-business relationships to ensure project success.
  • Mentor peers on project management methodologies and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States with ability to work remotely.
  • 2+ years of insurance industry project management experience.
  • Advanced skills in analytical thinking, communication, time management, negotiation, and team building.
  • Experience managing multi-project workstreams with teams of 5-10 people and projects lasting 9-18 months.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project, Visio or similar, and resource allocation tools like Jira or Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
