What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of QA Testers and Player Support Specialists
• Hire and mentor team members to support department growth
• Manage resource allocation and collaborate with scrum teams
• Create and maintain release candidate checklists and monitor release stability
• Maintain testing device library and monitor device-specific issues
• Ensure efficient communication between player community, QA, and development teams

Requirements

• Must be based in Malta or willing to relocate
• Minimum five years of QA experience in the video games industry
• Strong leadership skills and knowledge of mobile app submission processes
• Experience with Agile (SCRUM), Jira, Confluence, source control (P4, Git)
• Fluency in English (essential)
• Willingness to work in an office environment
